Title: Good Gone Bad Series: The Fallen Men Series #3 Author: Giana Darling Genre: Erotic Romance Release: November 23, 2018 Goodreads: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/39979693-good-gone-bad Blurb: They say one action doesn’t define you. I killed a man. Stabbed him in the neck and licked the blood off my lips after I did it. Still, one action doesn’t define you. I could have called anyone. My father, the Prez of The Fallen MC, our family lawyer, my best friend, Lila, or my brother, King. I didn’t. Instead, I called Lionel Danner, the police officer renowned for taking down the Nightstalkers MC. The man who had been my father’s arch nemesis for decades. The man who hated everything I stood for. A man who had disappeared from my life without explanation three years ago. I called him. And maybe one action doesn’t define you, but killing a bad man and calling in the good changed my life and it sure as hell changed his. The third book in the Fallen Men Series. A standalone featuring Harleigh Rose and Officer Lionel Danner. Review:

Books involving bikers are either a hit or a miss for me most of the time, and while I did enjoy Giana's first two books in this series, this book was in my opinion, the best of them all. I have been waiting to get inside Officer Danner's head, to find out why he does the things he does for the longest time, and Giana did not disappoint me at all. While Danner did surprise me, it was Rosie who I understood alot better after reading this story.

The story begins with Rosie in a tight situation. She needs help, and she can only call one person. Lionel. The man that she's crushed on since she was little, and the man she's lusted ever since she can lust after a man. Danner has been away for a long time, but when Rosie calls him, he comes.

And thus begins the rollercoaster of emotions.

The relationship between the two is volatile, passionate, and often leads to clashes. They are both headstrong to a fault, and any kind of relationship between them is not going to be peaceful at all.

When Rosie does not have anyone to turn to, its Danner who is there. He's stubborn and refuses to leave her in her quest to bring justice. The scene where Zeus practically disowns her (OH COME ON ZEUS! You had to realize your daughter wouldn't fuck you over) was heartbreaking. I cried.

Rosie is a badass chick with a heart of gold, and Lionel is the man who holds the keys to her heart. Somehow these two made so much sense together. Where Rosie was naive in certain aspects, she also showed incredible maturity when needed. I felt like Lionel wasn't giving her enough credit in certain situations.

And Lionel, he was everything. Sigh. High handed, and bossy, and exactly what Rosie needed.

I loved this story. I cannot wait to read the next book (because that fucking ending).

5 stars!
