Review: 

Shayla Black is a whiz at writing romances, and I was very excited to read More Than Tempt You.

Clint Holmes is out for revenge. In one fell swoop his father lost all his life savings in a ponzi scheme and Clint wants to make who he thinks was behind all of it pay. Namely Bethany Banks who is somethig of a financial whiz. The story takes place in Hawaii where Clint goes to find his answers and make the beautiful woman pay. But the Bethany he finds there is nothing like the Bethany he'd thought she would be.

She's socially awkward, naive, and stirs something behind Clint's tough facade. Against all reason he finds himself falling for the woman he swore to destroy. Things aren't as they seem, and Bethany is hiding something big. If only he could figure out what.

Shayla Black blends romance perfectly with this story line. I really enjoyed watching Clint fall in love, even though he did everything he could to avoid it. We don't really get to know what Bethany is thinking, but I felt that only added to the essence of the story. It's what kept me reading. 

I really enjoyed More Than Tempt You.
